Initially, I was going to look for a local framer, but called back and talked to Cindy about buying a frame from them. She was so helpful and e-mailed me suggested frames to go with the painting. I selected a frame at the end of the week, and Cindy called me back on Monday morning to tell me that the frame had a flaw in it and that the colors did not match right with the painting. I was so thankful that she was honest with me and helped to prevent me from making a big mistake. She redirected me to some other frames, and the one I ended up selecting is magnificent with the painting.
