  • eGift Cards do not have an expiration date.
  • eGift Cards have no inactivity fees, dormancy fees, or service fees.
  • eGift Cards must be redeemed on the iPaintings.com website and are only to be used to purchase items on the iPaintings.com website
  • If the amount of the eGift Card(s) does not cover the total order amount, the balance must be paid with a valid credit card.
  • If the amount of the eGift Card(s) is more than the total amount of the purchase, the balance will be stored in your eGift Card account.
  • eGift Cards are not transferable, not refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise required by law.
  • iPaintings is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards.
  • iPaintings reserves the right to cancel or reverse any eGift Card purchases that are deemed to be fraudulent.
  • eGift Cards are issued in U.S. Dollars and are available for purchase in denominations between $50 and $2,000.
  • eGift Cards cannot be purchased with any discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes.
  • If items purchased with an eGift Card are returned for credit and approved by iPaintings per our return policy, the refund amount will be credited back to the eGift Card. If the total purchase price was paid by both an eGift Card and credit card, the credit card payment will be refunded back to the credit card used for the purchase.

When you give an iPaintings eGift Card, the gift card is emailed directly to the recipient within minutes of your purchase. The email includes the recipient’s name, the amount of the gift card, and a personalized note from the giver. There is no expiration date on the gift card and never any inactivity fees or service fees.

eGift Cards FAQ

How long does it take to receive an eGift Card once purchased?The recipient will be emailed the eGift Card within minutes of the purchase. If you feel the eGift Card has not been sent to the recipient within 24 hours, please contact Customer Support.
Do iPaintings eGift Cards expire?Any unused balance does not expire and remains on your eGift Card until it is spent.
Will I be charged any fees if I don’t use my eGift Card for an extended period of time?iPaintings does not charge any service or inactivity fees for any unused eGift Cards carrying a balance.
How do I redeem my eGift Card online?Simply make your selections on the iPaintings.com website and proceed to Checkout. During the checkout process, please create an account, so we can keep track of your eGift Card balance. Then enter your eGift card code on the checkout page. Please note that eGift Cards may be used in combination with a credit card to complete your purchase.
Can I get a printed eGift Card?When ordering your eGift Card, please enter your email address and you will be able to print it out and deliver it to your gift recipient.
Can the eGift Card be used in conjunction with other coupons?Yes, you are welcome to use any promotional coupons codes with the eGift Card.
Will I receive confirmation of my online gift card order?Yes. After you have completed your online purchase of the eGift Card, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
