"YOU HAVE A VERY PROFESSIONAL, ETHICAL COMPANY...WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NO. 1 PRIORITY! Just three weeks ago, I ordered 9 oil paintings online from your website. I had just redecorated my living room and family room, as I am planning to put my house up for sale. I had selected the 9 oil paintings in a way so that I can hang them in my new home too. "Over the past year I have purchased several of your oil paintings. I also had you frame all of them and I am completely satisfied with each and every one of the framed paintings! To begin with, your website is great! The selection process is very easy, either by artist or by type of painting. The frame selection is huge and the ability to see a painting in a particular frame is just delightful. There is also the ability to the see the painting in a room setting along with room colors. A person can spend hours just looking at paintings in a particular frame.

I have ordered many items online over the past few years and I believe the way your staff packaged the shipment of framed oil paintings exceeds all others. Four framed paintings of different sizes were boxed onto a pallet so they would always be upright, therefore eliminating damage from items stacked on top of them in the truck.
