"I have ordered the Gustav Klimt's Tree of Life 48"x72'' with gallery wrap. The person on the phone was amazingly helpful, showed me fantastic customer service with a very reasonable price. I was very pleased with our communication. I received the painting 2 months later, the package arrived beautifully & carefully wrapped; the delivery man was extremely courteous, he brought it in and set it down. I opened the package to avoid looking at the art, walked into my kitchen, poured some wine, celebrating and building to the moment. After all, I was waiting for it to be painted for me. I tried to stay neutral, in case it was disappointing. I slowly and painfully turned the painting around and there it was.
